Quilting Services

We are pleased to offer long arm edge to edge quilting services to quilters near and far. Stitch also offers batting for purchase and the option of binding. After consultation to select a pantograph and thread colour, Margo will enhance your beautiful quilt top with a unique quilt pantograph that will have your quilt become an heirloom.

Edge to Edge Quilting

Many pantographs to choose from.

Price range: $0.03 to $0.04 per square inch, depending on the density.

Client provides backing and batting and thread or basic colours provided for depending on the size and density of quilting.

Edge to Edge Quilting

Are you making duffle bags, tote bags, zippered pouches and would like fabric quilted for them? I can help! Simply provide the supplies and I can prep your fabric for your upcoming projects.

Price: $0.03 to $0.04 /square inch.

Mail In Service

Accepting quilts by postal or courier service. Canada Post Flat Rate Services beginning at $30.

Client responsible for the cost of shipping.

Batting

We offer batting by the metre.

80% cotton, 20% poly

Price: $19.75 per metre.

Binding Services

Cost: $0.20 cents per linear inch

Client provides fabric for binding.

Basting

Planning on hand quilting your quilt? We can prepare your quilt with basting.

Price: $ 0.015 per square inch

Minimum charge of $30

Expectations of the Client

Press

Please have your quilt top pressed and ready for Lady M.

Pressing is an additional cost of $35 an hour.

Secure Seams

Ensure all seams are secure and ready to be rolled onto the long arm machine.

Any repair work will be an additional cost of $35 an hour.

Remove as many loose threads as possible.

Backing Size

Ensure that your backing is 3-4 inches larger than your quilt top to allow ease of loading your quilt onto the machine.

If a temporary border is required, an additional cost of $35 an hour will be added.

Edge to Edge Pantographs

The quilting service we provide is Edge to Edge Computerized Quilting, which ensures a quality design that will take your heirloom quilt to the next level! With the computerized pantograph it provides thousands of options! You can choose any design that suits your quilt design or personalize it with the quilt receiver's favourite thing. The possibilities are endless!

Listed by the name of pantograph and the designer of the pantograph of whom I purchased it from. If you have a design in mind, it can be purchased it as long as the file format is available. If it is a very unique pantograph that I will not have a great request for, I kindly ask the client covers the cost of the panto. They average in price from $5 to $25.
